"We have had dealings with Total Travel since 2007 when we had our website completely re-designed.  Total travel came up with what we consider a great design.  They made valuable suggestions and even more important to us, provide excellent back-up service.

We receive regular updates on the performance of our website and our click through rate (CTR) is far better than our original website which we inherited from the previous owners.

Total Travel also send us reminders when our “Hot Deals” are about to expire.

"We bought Dolphin Waters, our first holiday property, a few years ago and inherited an elderly website which we quickly had upgraded.  Unfortunately I had very strong ideas (and very little internet knowledge) so it just didn't work out.  We ended up with an OK but not outstanding website.  When we opened a 2nd resort, Marina Villas just 6 months ago, we approached Totalwebsites again and this time we let their experts get on with the job instead of me trying to tell them what to do!!

From the very first phone call with you Grant, to where we are now has been an absolute pleasure, and I might add, a very successful venture.
The help and guidance you gave me initially, to get this started has certainly produced great results.

You referred me to your website design team to enable us to have a new website created; this was with a lots of  apprehension as I only had a vague idea of what I required, and was not looking forward to working with some young computer technician that didn't understand that some of us were born BC [before computers]

Well what an experience it has been.

Paul took on the task of website designer,{ poor Paul}, he had no idea of what he was in for, however he has completed everything I asked for with enthusiasm and total commitment. He listened to my ideas, mixed them with his own and created a sensational product.

I find this a refreshing change in today's world as many people tell you they can get the job done and then fail to deliver, especially when the client keeps changing their mind.

His attitude has always been one of 'Can Do' and he does.
Paul has so much talent, and uses it to the benefit of the client.

We then embarked on a Name Change for our property, again Paul's
talent shone through, he designed us a new Logo, which we were thrilled with, and amalgamated it with our new site. Paul really makes difficult issues easy, as in Domain names, email name changes and registration etc, without his help and guidance we would never have achieved this.

We have had many people comment on how terrific our site is,
which I believe has reflected in introducing new guests to our property.

All in all, I cannot speak highly enough of all involved at Total Travel.

"When we first started our business we knew we wanted a web presence. At the time the cost was beyond our reach so we settled for an advertising page on the Total Travel website. From previous experience I knew the value of doing this.

Within days of doing this you contacted me about us getting our own website through Total Websites. When we explained that we couldn't afford to do so at the present time you came back to us with a payment plan to get us up and running as soon as possible.
All we had to do was go to the Total Websites site, decide on a template we liked and get our information and pictures down to your team and we would be away. We wanted a fast loading site so consumers didn't lose interest waiting for items to load.

To the credit of yourself, Paul Cotter and the team, Total Websites registered our website name and loaded all the content forwarding a link to the proof of our new site all within a matter of days. After proofing the site I think it went online within a week after that. We ended up with a slim, trim, quick loading website that we can add to as our business grows in the future. Paul even helped me setup my email accounts to receive email bookings through our website.

Since then all we have had to do was email the team with any changes and they are usually completed within 48hours.

The best part of having a website with Total Websites is the statistics they supply on visitors to our site. It gives you an idea of how your site is working for you. Some other sites we advertise with have difficulty supplying this information to us.
