Totalwebsites is a division of totaltravel.com. Our support team is here to answer your calls between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday, EST.

We offer 2 hours per annum of free support and site updates to every one of our website clients. While this is not intended for structural or cosmetic changes to the design, this time can be invaluable for quick text and image changes outside the areas clients are able to edit themselves.
We don't leave you stranded once your website is complete, our ongoing support can ease the pressure of small changes. Most companies employ a minimum hourly rate for website changes, we understand that details change, and however slight, we're here to help.

Change requests that go over the allotted 2 hours per hosted year of support are invoiced at $70 an hour, but in most cases for the basics we find that the 2 hour allotment is more than adequate.

If a page is requiring a lot of updates, we can install an editable page were all aspects of text on the page may be updated by you.
